If you are looking for a space to hold a retreat 

for your church, boy scouts or family group,

Camp Vista will be happy to assist you.

We have many weekdays and a few weekends available during the year. You can rent Vista facilities for your group. If you agree to the policies described on our form(s), please print the necessary document(s) from the links below and mail them to us.

 

Required registration forms (one for the group AND one for every individual) are to be filled out and brought to our Camp Vista Office before your retreat begins:

Group Registration Form - ONE/group required
Personal Registration Form - ONE/member required, basic registration and release form

COVID19 Pre-Camp Health Screening - must be filled out 24 hours before start of event

Remember: Camp Vista DOES NOT provide medical assistance while your group

is using our campground. We recommend that your group has its own medical provider (first Aid/CPR personnel, nurse, doctor) with a valid license from the State of Wisconsin.
